John Paquin is a Canadian author, amateur painter, anthropology student and history enthusiast. John's debut novel (this one!) "Echoes of War" was a long time project that finally came to completion during the Covid-19 pandemic. John enjoys fantasy books, role-playing games and coaching new authors to complete their dusty, bucket list manuscripts, just as he did. John's creativity, obsession with obscure historical details, and Neurodivergent wiring coalesce into a truly unique and original reframing of real historical events, set in an alternate reality filled with magic, divine creatures, and interesting fictional characters.
