In a fantasy coming of age novel, five teenagers are preparing for adulthood assuming they will live quiet lives in a small rural town. In a turn of events they are met by a mysterious individual who will change their life. They travel together on a journey to the homeland of their ancestors, where they find each has a tie to a great warrior of old. As their abilities awaken, they must make a choice to face the evil that lurks near the borders of their new home or return to the small-town life they came from. The adventurers must overcome their own fears and struggles and look to the Creator to see this journey through.
