The W
Each chapter is amply referenced. A very useful book for nutritionists, diabetologists, endocrinologists and general practitioners. (Zvi Laron, Pediatric Endocrinology Reviews, Vol. 13 (4), June, 2016)
This is the fifth edition of book on preventive nutrition that was first published in 1997. This could be a nice addition for nutrition graduate students as well as for hospital and other health institution libraries. This edition, like the previous one, is quite interesting, informative, and up to date. It would be a good addition to any healthcare professional s resources. (Amy Hess-Fischl, Doody s Book Reviews, April, 2016)
