Jessica Elliott is the Founder and Director of Grace Triumph
inc, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing advocacy,
education, and support. With a passion for helping others,
Jessica earned her GED in December 2002 after growing up
as a ward of the state until she was 18. She later earned her
paralegal associate degree from Tidewater Community College
(TCC) in May 2024. As a wife and mother, Jessica believes all
her children are special rewards from God. She is driven to
empower others to overcome challenges and reach their full
potential.
